Jasmyne Epps is an Atlanta-area technologist and public speaker with 15+ years of experience building digital experiences and leading cross-functional teams. She serves as Director of GovHub for the State of Georgia’s Office of Digital Services & Solutions at the Georgia Technology Authority, where she is the product owner for GovHub and champions accessibility and inclusivity in both design and development. Jasmyne frequently speaks on gov-tech, Drupal, product management, and modern QA/“shift-left” practices.

Jasmyne Epps is an Atlanta–based technologist, product leader, and public speaker focused on creating better public experiences through technology.  With more than 15 years of experience building quality digital products and leading cross-functional teams, she brings a delivery-minded blend of product strategy, usability, and operational rigor to every initiative.

Jasmyne serves as Director of GovHub for the State of Georgia’s Office of Digital Services & Solutions at the Georgia Technology Authority, where she is the product owner for GovHub and leads with accessibility and inclusive design as core requirements—not afterthoughts.  GovHub is Georgia’s Drupal-based digital publishing platform designed to help government organizations deliver secure, accessible, high-performance websites aligned with state branding, and it currently hosts 90+ state agency websites.  Her work has contributed to statewide accessibility efforts recognized with a NASCIO State IT Recognition Award (Government to Citizen category) for Georgia’s accessibility initiative.

Before stepping into her current leadership role, Jasmyne spent nearly a decade at the Georgia Technology Authority progressing from QA Analyst to Product Manager—experience that continues to shape how she approaches product quality, stakeholder feedback loops, and sustainable delivery practices.  She’s widely known for sharing practical, real-world lessons on government product management and “shifting left” on quality—streamlining QA and UAT by moving validation earlier in the lifecycle and enabling faster feedback for teams and stakeholders.

As a speaker, Jasmyne has been featured in the Drupal and government digital services community through sessions and roundtables at events including DrupalCon Atlanta, Drupal GovCon, and DrupalCamp Chattanooga, where she discusses topics such as Drupal in government, product mindset, accessibility, and modern delivery workflows.

She also brings an entrepreneurial perspective as the founder of Slab Digital, a web development agency that emphasizes accessibility and data-driven solutions.

Outside of work, she's a bit of a gym rat and gammer. She also loves refining her DIY skills and trying new recipes.
